Board Game of the Month – In Sequence

In Sequence was discussed here already as the classic board game with a modern twist that will put your skills on the test. Because we really enjoyed this game and all it offers for you to have fun playing while trying to beat opponents around the world, we decided to be our Board Game of the Month.

 

Basic Introduction 

This connect board game is classic with a modern twist, fun, friendly, and yet challenging to play. Developed on the IOS platform, it’s suitable for all ages and you can test your skills playing against players worldwide. All you need to do is to place chips and create rows, the first one to create two rows of five chips wins. Be strategic and create the needed rows to beat your opponent.  

 

Gameplay, Modes, and More 

In Sequence with its features will get you addicted to playing. There’s a multiplayer mode, you can play against friends or random opponents. Just complete challenges and even chat with opponents when you play. It has an online indicator to show if opponents are still online. You can earn coins for your achievements and use those coins for unlocking new cool avatar for the game.  

It has 2 game modes. In the 24-hour game mode where you have 24 hours to respond to the game whenever it’s your turn, giving you the freedom to relax and play whenever you have time. The 60second game mode requires from you to respond in 60 seconds, challenging you to beat the clock and win. It has simple rules. First rule is to create two rows of five chips win.

The players are dealt seven cards representing the options of placing chips on the board and you just select a card you wish to play and the one of the locations on the board that matches the card. Each player takes a turn placing chips and creating a row. In this game there are a few ways of getting a row or stopping the opponent from getting one. Have fun playing, try to be strategic and create the rows before your opponent to win.
