iOS App of the Month - Alto Invoicing

When we find a
useful tool that users can largely benefit from it, we praise it
instantly. That is why for this month, we are praising the app Alto
Invoicing as one of the best and most useful apps for the iOS platform.
At
its core Alto Invoicing is a cloud based subscription service app. With
its set of features it is the perfect tool for freelancers in any form
like: designers, programmers, writers and even plumbers, electricians
etc. It is the invoicing app that was lacking for these types of
businesses.
After using it for the last few weeks, our experience has been amazing. Alto Invoicing is minimalistic and clean in its look and offers a surprisingly easy to use tool for those looking for a simple way of maintaining paperwork of time billing, estimates and invoicing.
How to use it - Features
Alto Invoicing needs the user to set up an account, which will allow the user to try the app out, to make sure it is a good fit. You will be allowed to freely create five invoices.
Then, you’ll need to subscribe to their cloud service allowing readily available billing information. We used both the estimation and the final invoicing set up and found it to be very easy, user friendly and the future ability to set up template to save me even more time in the long run. The setup is quick and easy: creating customers, application of taxes and you have the ability to make future reference notes.

time billing feature is one of the best features of the app. In the
freelancer world there are a lot of pauses occurring in-between time of
work. Alto Invoice manages this time pauses and give precise time count
with another app called Alto Timer. This companion timer app syncs via
the cloud. We are linking to both apps bellow.
Alto Invoicing has a quick payment and is integrated with Paypal. You can add your own logo, currency and business name. Also, you can print the invoice and basically use the app to control your business on the go.
