Android App of the Day – Mimix

Our today’s app of the day will offer unique functionality and features that can be really helpful communicating with people with a sign language. Communicating through sign language can be hard if you don’t know how to implement it. Our today’s App of the Day – Mimix will enable you just that. It will transform the spoken and written English words into a sign language using a 3D avatar. 

All you have to do is to record or write the needed words that you want to be interpreted and that is it. The app is highly functional, we have tested in our offices. It is reliable and we didn’t experience any problems using it.

The interpretation of the Avatar is based on the American Sign Language (ASL). You may not learn the sign language fast, but this app will certainly help you in communicating with deaf or hard of hearing people that know and use the sign language.

Another cool functionality of Mimix is that it transforms text into spoken words, so the deaf persons can also write text and you will be able to hear or see it.
