Android App of the Day - Glossong

Our today’s App of the Day – Glossong is a unique platform that will enable you to learn new languages through singing i.e through lyrics. Yeah, you heard us well, through singing and having fun, with the karaoke style lyrics that are used in the app. You will learn extremely quickly, because when you like some song, you will remember the words even though they are not in a language you understand (remember Gangam Style?) With this app you will be able to translate those words quickly, and thus learn phrases and terms from that language.

The best thing about this app is that the idea is very simple. All you need to do is to select the song you want to listen to and sing it in karaoke style. After that you can translate any word you want to learn. With this simple app you will be able to do so much. You will memorize terms, understand the pronunciation and learn different languages effectively. 

There are more than 13 languages supported in this app.  On top of that you can create playlists, phrasebooks and search by language or translation. We have used the app for the last few days, and we must say that it is highly functional and easy to use. Get it for free on Google Play.
