Game of the Week - Heroes of Iron Age

The game that amazed us the most throughout the last week was certainly the amazing iOS game Heroes of Iron Age. In short this is a medieval strategy game where players have full control over units specially aiming and shooting using finger-friendly drag and shoot gestures.

That creates highly engaging strategy game-play experience that we simply adored.

The goal of the game is to bring the divided lands together, unite it under your kingdom and build your great empire. If you are fan of strategic games you will surely have fun while building your empire.

Regarding the game modes and elements the catapults are main units for attacking enemy troops using their different set of weapons while towers are the main defensive techniques to protect your territories; combined with their upgrades and some auto shooting units they can form a solid defensive line. The game also features a set of eye-popping super-weapons that can be used periodically to strike enemy armies and buildings. On top of that you can control the weapons in groups or individually, you can throw arrows from bow soldiers or control catapults and use all its weapons from rocks to explosive barrels. Using the various amazing weapons is truly a great feeling.

Note that you must be skillful, wise and persistent if you want to build a successful and powerful empire, and believe us you will have a blast. Everything in the game runs fast and in very interesting manner. Even if you don’t like strategic games, you will start liking them because of this lovely game.
