The free cross-platform game called SquareWords is our Game of the Day. It is a free online crossword battle between two players. You can play it on Windows, Android and iOS devices.
The object of Square Words is to form vertical and
horizontal words on the board, while trying to foil the game of the opponent.
You can place letters freely on the board, but only valid words are awarded
points. The player who has earned the most points when the board is full, wins
the game. After the end of the game, the plays and words of each player are
revealed.
Square Words also enables you to play your own game strategy,
just to plan things better. Also, to make things more interesting there is a chat
function, a rating system and a leader board. You can play against any of your
friends or family, you just need to invite them.
SquareWords is easy to learn, but you will have to be good
with words to win. It is available on English, Dutch and Danish. Playing it in the 5 days with my friends and family I can confirm that it is one of
the best multiplayer words game that I have ever played. Hats down to the
