App of the Day – Week Numbers Forever

The productivity iOS app Week Numbers Forever is our App of the Day. This simple, but functional app will enable you to get the week numbers directly on your iPhone or iPad. The app will integrate smoothly into your calendar and the week system can be changed. You can also change the language, if the English is not your native language.

The app also enables you to choose between two systems. You can choose your weeks to count according to European or US system. Week numbers forever also enables you to select certain week and it will show you the days in that week, and on the other hand, enables you to pick a date and it will show you the week number. It also enables you to create customizable calendars that can also be synchronized with your other iOS devices and Macs. Try Week Numbers Forever, it is available on the App Store for devices with iOS 6.0 or later.

App Store Description:
Stop buying week number apps that expire!
Get week numbers directly in the calendar on your iPhone/iPad for ever!

If English is not your native language you can localize the week numbers by changing the word for “Week” to whatever you like!

You can choose between one or more systems for week numbering:
-ISO 8601 system (Week starts on Monday. Used in most European countries)
-US system (Week starts on sunday)

The app can display the week number of the current week as an icon badge. (Icon badge can follow another numbering system than the one that you have added to your calendar)

With the Week/Date calculator, you can:
-Choose a week number and see the dates
-Choose a date and see the week number

"Week numbers for ever" adds week numbers as an additional calendar in iOS's integrated calendar app, or as an event on the first day of each week in the default calendar on your iPhone/iPad.

In practice, "forever" is difficult to achieve with programming, so you can choose the year you want to add, from 2014 to 2100. If that is not enough, then let me know and I update the app!

The app supports creation of additional calendars locally on your iPhone/iPad and in iCloud. Additional calendars can be turned on/off or change color from the calendar app if you select "Calendars". If you have iCloud enabled for calendars, the new calendar will automatically synchronize to your other iOS devices and Macs.

This app does not use subscribed calendars that stops updating itself. Everything is stored on your iPhone/iPad, in iCloud or in the calendar with your email provider.

It could not be easier!
