Never, before finding out about this app, has ever occurred to me that I could workout in my car. As I spent an hour or even more in the car every day, this app has helped me a lot in the last few weeks in reducing my stress and keep me in form. It includes tons of exercises that you can do in your car, while you are waiting and you are stuck in the traffic.



It is perfect for body building of your upper body. It includes tons of exercises for your biceps, triceps, chests, abs etc. This could definitely make you less nervous and reduce your stress, because we all know how the traffic can act on us.  Plus you can save time and money, because there will be no reason for you to go to the gym.

Traffic Workout is really professionally done, there are tons of workouts and it is all packed in quality designed app with intuitive and easy to use UI. The app is free and available on the app store and it requires iOS 6.1 or later.
